This beachfront condo has been tastefully and thoroughly decorated for your comfort and to deliver the best beach-cation experience! It's conveniently located on the 29th floor and offers unobstructed views of the marvelous Gulf of Mexico and the beach from the furnished balcony. It also features tall windows that let plenty of sunlight in; you'll be able to take in the views from anywhere inside this beach abode. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and modern utensils that will make cooking a breeze. However, this is not everything Tidewater Beach Resort 2818 has to offer. This vacation rental is located in the Tidewater Beach Resort, therefore, you'll be granted access to incredible shared amenities. Take advantage of one of the swimming pools available (indoors or outdoors) to cool off during hot, summer days, or visit the hot tub to soothe your muscles after spending the day at the beach or at the pools. If the fully-equipped kitchen is not enough, the resort offers charcoal grills for guests to use.

This prime location will make you realize you're in the best spot in town! Find endless dining options along Front Beach Road in case you'd like to treat your guests to delicious meals. Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We like the property and the facilities, we were on a walking distance to restaurants and play areas. The only issue was the used of the elevators that it was difficult to get in. In my opinion they should designate each elevator a specific amount of floors so it only goes to them. For instance every then floors one elevator maybe that will make it for a faster movement. And to advice the vacationers to not hold the bottom that supposed to keep the door closed. I had and issue with one of the elevators were someone was pressing that bottom and we lose power and the elevator drop 3 floors several times until the door opened in floor 19 were we all come out.

The worst VACASA stay yet

Floors were covered in sand upon arrival. Sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain. No curtains on windows except one that had throw up on it. Packet for preregistration was not prepared. Offered to witch Rooms but rented before we got a chance to see it. Amenities are very shabby at best. No real dinning available on premises. Just poor experience all together sad. Victoria was awesome at desk and tried to help but it was unfixable.

Side view of the beach. A few dishes were dirty in the cabinet. 1 pan, 1 pot, and 1 cooking spoon to cook with: bring your own. Bed is comfortable. Elevators are a wait during check in times. Bring your own laundry detergent, shampoo an conditioner, body wash. No dust pan for broom.

PCB Girl Trip

Lovely condo! Absolutely gorgeous views from the windows and balcony. You could see the bay, lagoons, the ocean and miles down the strip. Night views were beautiful. It was roomy enough for us, but it only has one bathroom. It's convenient to beach, Pier Park, shopping, Wal-Mart/Target, PCB Mall, restaurants, and more. Fun to watch the helicopters make their rounds and the Sky Wheel. There is some roadwork in front of the parking garage, so you need to watch for the turn since it is a little obscured with construction stuff. Be prepared to wait on and share an elevator with many during check-in and checkout times, but each elevator was staffed with an operator to keep them moving as quickly as possible. Early and later in the day wasn't bad for catching one at all. Would love to stay again with my husband!

overall VERY satisfied

would have been very beneficial to have hands on "INFORMATIONAL" & "INSTRUCTIONAL" PAPER WORK IN THE ROOM. such as: any type of WIFI information, also, info about what all extras the place offers, from a map of the building showing where everything is located and how to get there, to the any offered beach rentals. plus, how to check out the luggage carts and how/when to use your arm band. local menus and/or info about places to eat [including places that deliver] would have been a nice bonus too. FYI: the only time elevator wait was not a nightmare was AFTER 11:00 P.M., otherwise allll other times are "peak" hours!! However, these are just petty complaints compared to the wonderful view, stay, and time my family shared.

A few things where bad other than that was great.

Everything was great just wished we would have known they only provided one trash bag and one toilet paper. The elevators where a headache they took for ever the AC really sucks that was the worst part they should have let me know that they lock the temperature to 75 standard I would have never booked it personally because I like it cold especially after a long hot day and night time was a bit stuffy but overall it was great.

Fun week with few hiccups

The view and amenities of our 28th floor unit were fabulous. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Only frustration were the waits for the elevators during peek checkin and out times. Even then, the other patrons were very cordial and friendly and the staff was helpful. Be prepared to wait when checking in and out and when coming in from the beach - especially during the almost daily rain showers. Great experience, will do again!

The best view!

This unit was absolutely amazing. The best view of the beach & of town. Very clean & welcoming. The owner had updated the living furniture, the new couch was so comfortable! We don’t have a single bad thing to say about the room. We do have a few suggestions to help out though: there’s not a lot of room to put your shampoos & conditioners in the shower so an installed shelf would be wonderful. And secondly a laundry basket to put either dirty clothes in or clean clothes after you’ve got done washing & drying. BUT! The drying rack in the laundry room came in so handy! It surely got used a lot on our trip. We absolutely loved how stocked the kitchen was. Any utensil you needed was there!

The View

First time Vacasa user. Turned out to be Better, Easier, and Cheaper than Airbnb. The room was clean and looked nice. The view is what makes this unit the best choice. You get the best of both worlds in the corner unit. City view to the left, Gulf view to the right. I will definitely stay here again. Only negative was the beach attendent staff. Rude and Racist but that has nothing to do with Vacasa or the room

Great view, slightly run down.

Beautiful views from the 28th floor, but elevator can be quite a wait. The room is identical to the picture but the furniture is in bad condition and needs to be replaced. If using a tent or umbrella be prepared for a walk. Beach access is only from the center of the building and can be very congested.
