Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with foosball table and large 55 inch HD flat screen. "55 inch HD flat screen in Living room as well. 8 Flat Screen Tv's in All. every bedroom comes with a flat screen tv- With over 2000 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 800 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), The Fish Carlton is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! It was so great to walk right onto the beach from the porch. The beds downstairs were like sleeping on boxsprings. A few things that were broke but the management Kelly was so kind and very prompt on getting them fixed. Loved the location. Was very easy to get to.

My friends and I had an amazing stay in this house! It wasn’t ever too cramped and the two refrigerators really helped with food storage. Having the pool/hot tub so close to the beach was so nice. Would definitely recommend!

This was by far the best vacation home we have stayed in! The host was amazing, and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants. Having the pool and hot tub were definitely a huge hit with the whole family. The house was also perfectly laid out and fully equipped to make for a stress free vacation. We will definitely be returning in the future to make more lasting memories!!

We loved the convenience and location. Beaches weren't overly full. Every time we contacted host, they were prompt and very polite. The house could have been cleaner, but it wasnt enough to ruin our sray.

This was the first time we chose a place in northern Florida. I think we should have probably waited another month or so for better weather. It was very cold, in the 40 degree range and made it harder to enjoy the property. The last couple days were in the 60's so it was more enjoyable. The property itself was nice and overall we had a good time.

We got this house for a big family vaca with all of our kids had grand babies and it did not disappoint. The size of the house was perfect, everyone had plenty of space. We bounced between the beach and the pool all day and played cards games at the large kitchen table at night. We definitely plan on returning every two years. We made such amazing family memories that we all will cherish forever.

What a great beach home! And in a great location, too. Had a great time during our last chance to get some sun and warm weather before the cooler months set in. The kids had a blast! The ease of getting around and walking distance to food, parks, and shops really sealed it.

The house was roomy with great views and we were steps away from the beautiful sand and gulf. We, unfortunately, had a lot of rain during our stay but still enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with the house but it was immediately resolved.

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The wonderful amenities, like the pool and hot tub, added to this property. Being right on the beach was so nice! The management was very quick to reply to some questions we had. We very much would like to return again soon! Kyle and Ben were great to work with. Everything was as promised and hassle free. This property is simply an amazing place to stay. We are going to book back next year. We had considered a family cruise but so glad we opted for the Fish Carlton instead.

We really liked the location. Right on the beach, but not in the busiest tourist area. Just down the beach from Schooners. Fun place to eat or get a drink right from the beach. The house was nice and roomy for our big family. Loved having the pool as well. Had a great time there. Would rent again

This property was spacious enough for our large party. Having the beach out the patio door was amazing. Pool and hot tub were added touch as the weather was a bit cool during our stay. Had to communicate a few times with property manager and response was adequate.

We get together with our adult children and grandchildren in January every year and this place was amazing! Right on the beach! Not crowded at all! Tons of room in the house. We had 1 little issue and it was resolved by the end of the day! Absolutely recommend!
