1. Dogs 50lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $100. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.

2. Upon booking, you will be required to sign an additional rental contract between the guest and the property manager.

3. Max Occupancy is 6- Any additional will be asked to leave.

4. Please treat the property with care and respect. No parties are permitted.

5. Please communicate any property damage or maintenance needs to the property managers immediately. For fire or medical emergencies, first call 911!

6. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. As such, please take care to observe the county quiet hours of 10:00pm to 6:00am.

7. Please ensure the Grill is clean before leaving.

8. We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.

9. Please note that security cameras are in use at exterior of the property.

10. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any deliveries. If the property does not have a mail box please direct to the nearest Postal Store front.
