We had a wonderful stay! Loved this place soo much! Such a great location, close to the clubhouse, pickle ball courts, and pool - and just a short walk to the beach! We would definitely visit again!!

Spring Break Vacay

Kim's condo made a wonderful home for my crew during Spring Break. Communication with her was great. The home was clean and had all the necessary items. We enjoyed cooking breakfast, then walking out to the beach to enjoy the beautiful blue water and white sand.. The complex was safe and secure and has pickleball, tennis and shuffleboard courts which helped keep my crew entertained. There was plenty other entertainment and food nearby, even within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

Not too long of a walk to the beach. Pool was always crowded but we did go in July so that’s probably considered a peak month. No steps out from back door but there were steps to get into front door and traveling with senior dogs plus my senior mother we weren’t really anticipating that when we read ground level. Plenty of towels and pans were provided; I always bring my own and this is the first condo I’ve stayed at to where technically speaking I didn’t need to bring my own. Nice oven for cooking. Plenty of seating in living room. When there was an issue with the front bedroom being too hot the host immediately sent a fan to help cool it down so that was nice. Good location as far as Panama City goes as well! Host was good about communication during stay. Beach chairs are great.

There was some upgrades and maintenance going on but the property owner did let us know in advance. The location is great. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go and the access to the water was just steps away. Would love to stay again.

Family vacation

This was an overdue family vacation. We enjoyed the fact it was gated and in close proximity to food and fun. The unit was perfect for our 4 kids and me and my husband. Plenty of room to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were separate from living area which was a plus for us. Just a few hundred feet to the beach. Cannot wait to book our next stay. The owner was easy to get in touch with.

Memorial day weekend

Our stay could not have been better. Weather was perfect. Our condo was great. Kim had told us about the construction, but it was no problem at all. Couldn't tell there was any going on. The condo was clean, well maintained and just what we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Not a bad spot

As stated on the listing, no beach view but a short walk. The condo was in a good spot for us. Easy entry and exit from the street. A couple good restaurants just across the street. Beach was very nice. Didn’t use the pool but looked nice. Nothing was crowded. Though the kitchen has been updated, the rest of the condo is dated and needs a little work but ok. Before booking I would suggest looking at all fees included. This adds near $100/night onto advertised price.

Clean & roomy

This is a very clean spacious condo. My daughter & I stayed in September and it was very relaxing. The bedrooms are big however the mattress in the front bedroom off the parking lot needs to be replaced IMO. It is creaky and sags to the middle. The other mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen is not well lighted. There was a stick up light above the sink but the batteries were dead. Overall we a great time and would stay here again. Also Kim the owner was easy to communicate with.

Worst Stay I've Experienced in Years!

The location is great (more private beach area) and the unit had decent enough furnishings but the gate code did not work for entrance to property or re-entry from beach. Luckily another guess was kind enough to assist. Both bed sheets had dog hair all over. We had to strip beds and wash multiple times b4 sleeping. Washer/dryer single unit has dog hair. We tried to clean it too...to no avail. Wifi was out of range so we could not connect TV or personal devices. The floors were sandy so we had to sweep. The hall light was out as well as a couple of lamps. There was no trash bag in kitchen or cabinets. We really could not enjoy the stay. I really hope the owner finds better cleaning and maintenance staff. These are all minor infringements so I hope they get it together. We vacation a lot and this is the worst experience I can remember.

It was ok for last minute.

Decided on a whim to go to Florida for Memorial Day. This property has an excellent location. You could literally walk out the back gate and be in the beach. The amenities were great. The pool was right next to the beach. There was a tennis court, shuffle board and bridge overlooking the koi pond. However, there was a lot of construction which the owner had made me aware of. I don’t know if there was any construction outside, but someone had an irritatingly loud air conditioning unit, right outside of the master bedroom….and was EXTREMELY loud…not the fault of the owner. The two bathrooms smelled kinda bad. Not sure if it was a sewage issue, but if someone used the other bathroom, there was a smell that seeped through the master bath. Smelled pretty horrible. We use a lot of internet, especially my son, but for our entire trip, the WiFi wasn’t accessible. On the property website it says one password and username, while the owner provided another username. We used the one provided by on the website first…didn’t work. Then I notified the owner and she provided another password and username. That one still didn’t work. We all ended up using our phones for hotspots to access WiFi…not good. All in all, I give the property 6.5 out of 10.

The unit was so cute and well equipped with everything we needed. We had 2 small dogs with us, and the area outside the unit was perfect for them. There was a nice area to be able to take them for a short walk. Good restaurants around us, and the dog friendly beach was not far away.

Great location. Just across the complex to a beautiful beach 3 or 4 restaurants, coffe shop and hand rolled ice cream right across the street the complex has several nice area’s for Tennis, corn hole , bbq , pool and clubhouse. Minutes drive to pier park , zoo and anywhere else you may want to go Clean and comfortable
