"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly the interior and location of the house was amazing! We did have an issue with the refrigerator but it was immediately taken care of the same afternoon. Really the main issues with the property are the outdoors. There was just a lot of overgrowth of foliage. Which attracted lots of bugs, we couldn’t enjoy the outside in the evening because of the mosquitos. That really is the only complaint and I think it would be an easy fix to get it sprayed or something. We did get bug spray and used that. Again, I think that is an easy fix for the owner. Also maybe having a keypad entry other than the one key that was provided to get into the property. Would definitely stay here again. The inside was clean, and well laid out. Beach service was great. The balcony was nice, minus bugs. And the location was close to the beach, pool, and downtown."

"The house was absolutely stunning, it had everything you needed and more. The only negative was the smoke alarm, the first night we got there the smoke alarm went off at 1 AM and it was not fixed until almost 12 PM the next day so we had to sleep through the beeping sound, right next to the master bedroom, which went throughout the entire house and was very uncomfortable, ear piercing. The only other recommendation I would make would be to get the fireplace fixed. It would've been lovely on the chilly nights to have had that fireplace going. Other than that, we most definitely would come back and stay. It was just a great big beautiful house, the ocean view was spectacular."
