The space
Location! 3 minute walk to the beach with public beach access. Our home has 4 beautifully designed bedroom and 3 full baths. As you walk into the front door you'll see a large open area perfect for entertaining. The living area features a large 65-inch Roku Smart TV.

Our updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, is the perfect space, for the chef in your family, to enjoy preparing delicious meals.

The 1st floor bedroom has a comfy king sized bed, spacious closet, and Roku smart TV.

On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms. The large primary bedroom features its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom features two twins beds and a full.

The top floor is where the kids will love hanging out, playing games, and watching their shows. It also includes a queen size pull out couch and futon.

The backyard of this property has enough room to swim and enjoy some tropical drinks beside your private pool. And when you are finished taking a dip, you can wash off using the outdoor shower.

The location near the beach is great with this property! Everything was just as stated and the heated pool was awesome! Our kids enjoyed watching a movie in the pool! The upstairs arcade was fun for the kids we had staying and enjoyed many games around the table! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Lauguna Beach with grandparents and our 2 young kids. The house was great for our group with plenty of space inside and out. It has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach toys and wagon to take the quick walk to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful. We all went in the pool several times each day as the heater made it super comfortable to be in there. My kids thought it was cool to watch TV while swimming; and watching the Super Bowl from the pool is something we won’t forget. My son was obsessed with the Paw Patrol arcade game they had stocked in game room and my husband and father in law loved playing an old football game on one of the arcade games. The house had everything we needed to relax and have fun as a family. We would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed this visit and property — everything was as advertised including how responsive to any questions we had, particularly impressed by the cleanliness. Great location, quiet street, really glad we stayed here and miss it already! Pro tip, you can catch an amazing sunset from the top floor balcony, wow!!!

Their place was gorgeous. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun things to do at the house. Courtney and Gordon were super pleasant to deal with and the house had everything we could have asked for! Plenty of room for big groups!

We absolutely loved the house! So clean and felt like home! Plenty of space for everyone. The game room was a blessing for the teens! My parents and In-laws enjoyed all of the seating and being able to hang out. The pool was awesome! Such a short walk to the beach we were able to twice a day!

We had 2 families with 4 teenage kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped and easy walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded and sand is great. I recommend renting chairs and umbrella instead of trying to carry and set up. Pool is small but does the job. The umbrella in the pool is a lifesaver. Owner communication was great as well.

Our first time in PCB and we are hooked. The house was everything listed and more. Very clean and comfortable. We had two families with 5 teens. Plenty of room for everyone to have there own space on the house. The backyard was great and provide lot of entertainment from the pool, putter ball and TV. The short walk to the beach was perfect to catch an early morning walk or the sunset! Courtney and Gordon were easy to work with and very quick to respond with any of our questions. Would definitely rebook or recommend!!

Oh my gosh! Their home was simply PERFECT! We loved every single detail Gordon & Courtney provided from the lovely welcome snacks in the kitchen, the towels, the additional trash bags, pool/beach supplies, the most adorable rolling cooler and digital guide. The list goes on 😊 They truly thought of everything. The location was in a good location, near everything and very accessible. The walk to the beach was short and sweet, 3 mins and boom, BEACH! I've shared the home with so many people already Prior to our arrival, they also sent a very detailed instructions/ guide to the home from check-in/check-out , what's nearby, recommendations on where to go, where to eat. It was all right there. We had no issues at all. The hosts were so quick to respond as well. I LOVE THAT! I will definitely be back.

Initially we were concerned about not having enough space for our family vacation of 9 people 5 adults 3 teens and a child but once we arrived to the house we were amazed at how spacious everything was! Everybody had plenty of room and space to enjoy themselves without being on top of each other! The teens and kid loved the arcade room and there was so much pool and beach toys/ supplies we barely used any of our own since it was all already there ready to go! One review stated the only entrance to the pool was through the downstairs bedroom however once we got to the home we discovered there is an outdoor gate to also access the pool which made us very happy as we did not want to disturb my in laws all night going in and out of their room and we didn’t have to! The beach was a very close walk but slightly farther than expected with a heavy wagon being drug through the sand to the water but we were able to go multiple times a day due to the home still being a short walk to the beach access! Everybody had an amazing time and the pool was a hit due to the rip currents causing a few beach closures during our trip! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, and electronics you may need and the internet worked very well for all of our family using their electronics! We all had such a great time we have already talked about staying here again in the future since the home was such a perfect lay out for our family! It is the perfect beach home!!

This property was in the perfect location. Literally 5 minute or less walk to the beach. The house is clean and the great size for our family. The pool was smaller than we expected but with the beach so close that wasn’t an issue!

This house was great! We had 11 people, and while overall the house was smaller than the pictures make it seem, it still held our 11 family members very well. Gordon was the most responsive host I have ever dealt with, and it made our stay that much more enjoyable anytime I had a question. Something to note - the only access to the pool/grill is through the first floor bedroom. At first this was an inconvenience we were not expecting, however we adjusted quickly and it did not deter from the quality of our stay or the great time we had. The beach is beautiful, the walk to it was short, and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home!

This property has the perfect location. My only complaint would be the master bathroom shower. It was tiny! The bathroom could be remodeled and a huge master shower could be installed. Other than that...the house was perfect for our group of 6.

This place was wonderful. It’s very spacious, extremely clean, updated, and very relaxing. We loved that it was just a short walk to to the beach and we also had our own private pool. My teenagers also loved it!! We will definitely be staying here again!!
