Set right on the lagoon that feeds into Saint Andrew Bay and within two miles of the shops and dining options in the center of Panama City Beach, this home gives you the peace of a quiet neighborhood. But it's still close to local attractions as well, with the beach (and iconic Club La Vela) within walking distance.

With vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light flooding in, the main living area has room for everyone. Pull out your favorite book and kick back on one of the soft couches or chairs while the central A/C keeps the heat at bay. Surf the cable channels on the TV after a long day on the beach. Put a load of dirty clothes in the private washer/dryer, and then grab a cold drink to enjoy out on the patio. Connect to the WiFi to find a recipe everyone will love, and then fire up the gas grill to show off your grilling skills with some charred fresh produce.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find clean white appliances, a microwave, and plenty of room for a few culinary artists to create a stunning dish. Serve buffet-style on the large kitchen island, then snag a spot at the chic glass dining room table. While the dishwasher takes care of the mess, grab a nightcap and watch the day fade away on the deck.

Take a day to unwind in the sweet Florida sun on the sugar-sand beaches of Panama City Beach. Book a spot on a snorkeling or scuba diving adventure to see the wonders of the underwater world. THINGS TO KNOW
There are two kayaks and two paddle boards for guest use.
The owner's car is in the garage. Guests can use the garage for kayak access but please be mindful of the red Mini Cooper there.
Guests are not to enter the attic or open the locked shed. It's for owners' access only.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Two active security cameras are on-site: one above the garage facing the driveway and another in the backyard facing the lagoon to monitor potential flooding.

Dock details: Lighted



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
