Love this place

We always stay here for bike week. This year we brought the whole family and will probably be our yearly get away only complaint was the collage kids on the last day digging holes in the sand deep holes made no sense

The room itself was nice with a great view. The resort had a nice little store with a Starbucks and everything you need for the beach. We ate at the little bar restaurant they had in the food was good. The bad expect a 5 to 10 minute wait for the elevator even longer during check-in and out times. And checkout is 9 AM and not 10 AM as advertised.

For any participants in Ironman competitions in PCB, this is a GREAT location and property. Affordable, yet walkable to the Ironman village and the transition area for race day itself. Also a huge bonus getting to look directly onto the beach and waterfront, all while having access to pools and hottubs on the property. It made it so easy to navigate during race prep and easy to return to after a tough competition. Highly recommend!

Alot of walking from parking garage then had to go through the crosswalk but at least it was covered then the room we were in was on the 14th floor so it was a lot of walking but overall the ocean and beach view was amazing

The beach was crowded but very nice and easy access. What I did not like was the constant smell of cigarette smoke while on the balcony and on the beach. It slept 8 but was only given complete bedding for 3. The road noise in the front bedroom was loud enough to keep that guest awake until past midnight. Because of these things, I would return to Panama City Beach but not to this resort.

1000 miles from home and this property took all my personal belongings out of my room and brough them too a warehouse miles from my location without providing away to pick them up. Money, clothes, car keys EVERYTHING. No communication came before doing so. Would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Expedia did not have my right email....me and my family went threw alot 2 get into Magstic but Magstic September 1st the crew up front did help me and my family. There was 2 pass codes 2 get in our Magstic room. I understand for security reasons but that is alot for someone that does not know the System when your in your 50s. Not everyone knows how 2 to use this so it can be a problem. Just Saying

First they sent us an email last minute saying condo at majestic was not available they can find me something I just have to pay the extra fee…..I didn’t want to do that found me a condo at summit the cleaning of condo was horrible even sent pictures. They sent 2 cleaning ladies only stayed for 5 minutes I do not ever want southern company again!
This is the mattress cover when I first went in

Property was fantastically kept, very clean and was very quiet - which was a nice surprise given how large the condo was. Parking and check-in could’ve been slightly smoother, but overall the trip was perfect in almost every facet. 10/10 recommend
