Your ocean-view condo comes fully furnished for modern comfort and convenience with home essentials like a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The private balcony makes an ideal perch for coffee or cocktails.

Our stay

While the unit is spacious and laid out well, it is in need of updating. There’s not a single USB charging port anywhere in the unit so don’t forget your charging blocks. Beds in two bedrooms are not comfortable at all.

10/10 condo, 0/10 parking situation

The condo its self was perfect, but beware of the parking at this location. The guard at the guard shack gave us no direction or advice about parking. There are 2 garages, 9 stories high, only about 4 levels have breezeways to the condominiums building. The elevators are SOOOOO slow. We had to do down several floors, cross over, then go back up several floors and then walk all the way around to our condo on the opposite side of the building. Going places was a nightmare. I’ll never stay at the location again strictly because of the parking, but that’s not the homeowner or Vacasa’s problem. 10/10 for the inside of the condo decor, cleanliness, and view

Good stay overall

Really loved the place. Really clean & Vacasa staff helped us a lot. The place was amazing. But we struggled with room door code access a lot as we had to get the code changed 3 times:( We also had wrist bands for everything at Lakewharf which we had to go to front desk to reset every day or the pools and amenities wouldn’t work:(

Beautiful spacious clean

The room was super clean , beautiful view, lots of space, had 8 people and had plenty of room, plus hotel is so close to everything such as the beach, shops, Wal-Mart, restaurants. Overall great place to stay in PCB

Family vacation

All king size bed sheets was not clean they had stains, contacted host to let them know. Was credited $60 a day later someone came and changed the bedding on just the master bedroom, after we had already stripped the beds down. Not enough plates for a family. There was 3 large plates and several salad plates. Overall the place was clean excluding the beds. We was very upset that we came into a vacation home with dirty linens.
