Plan to relax in this 3 bedroom - 2 bath condo just steps to the pool, sugar white sand, and the emerald green water of the Gulf! The updates to 412 are wonderful! This condo is spacious, clean, and family friendly! The master bedroom has a NEW king size bed, a private master bath, and its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a NEW king size bed with an adjoining bath and the 3rd bedroom has 2 NEW sets of TWIN over FULL bunk beds. The master bathroom has a custom tile shower and there is a tub/shower combo in the second bathroom.

Pelican Walk 412 is located on the fourth floor and features all NEW furniture in 2025, including a NEW queen sleeper sofa! Check out the NEW Bunk room with 2 TWIN over FULL bunk beds! *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk.

NEW Dining furniture provides seating for 6 and there are 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and a new washer & dryer in the condo. The best part is the spacious wrap around balcony overlooking the West side pool and beach. It is the perfect spot to take in the amazing view of the Gulf and stunning Sunsets!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!
