Sweet spot

Cute nice clean quiet next to a great pizza place a corner store a restaurant and of course the beach! I didn’t realize how close the beach was literally walking distance. Even though there were just two of us there is plenty of space for a big family inside and outside.

Driveway was used by next door neighbors, issues with wifi information. Place was not as clean as expected, very outdated needs upgrades and better care overall. Location was the only good thing

This place was bigger than we thought

We had a really good time! Just minutes from the beach, and one block from Starbucks!! Only thing I didn’t like was having the cheapest of the cheap toilet paper and paper towels, and there was zero perishable foods. I’d wish there was at least a small container of coffee and at least salt and pepper shakers. Any other time I’ve been on vacation the rentals kept what perishable items the other tenants left so there would be a little something for the next person. However, I would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management - A; Condo - C- : There are nice cosmetic touches but all-in-all the condo needs updating and a "down to the bones" cleaning, including replacing the carpeting and improving the backyard. Otherwise, location was good and management responded promptly to issues, only being limited by what the owner would provide.
