This amazing beachfront TWO-LEVEL designer condo has TWO BEDROOMS and is located at the Tidewater Beach Resort. It is on the FIRST (not ground) FLOOR close to the lobby. This absolutely one-of-a-kind condo has TWO FLOORS separated by a SPIRAL STAIRCASE. The lower floor has a living room, kitchen with dining counter, laundry room, full bathroom, queen sleeper sofa, and huge plate glass window. The upper floor has a master bedroom with queen size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and a second full bathroom in the second bedroom. A full balcony with six chairs and a table is located on the second level. It provides a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Gulf. (There is no balcony access on the lower floor.) A separate laundry room with washer/dryer combo is located on the first level. This condo is perfect for a family of six.

IMPORTANT! The second floor is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE, so this condo is NOT AVAILABLE for the disabled or children under 3.

Only families are accepted. A MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 6 GUESTS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. External video surveillance is in use.

SMOKING (tobacco, marijuana, etc.) IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any trace of smoking in the condo will result in a $250 Damage charge.

PETS (INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) ARE PROHIBITED and carry a $250 per day charge.

1. Renter must be at least 25 of age and occupy the unit. Renter may NOT book the property on behalf of any other individual or organization.
2. Renter must provide a clear Driver's License photo along with full names and ages of all guests directly to the owner within 24 hours of booking, even when using Instant Booking or any other online service. The renter must also provide ID to Security at check-in and be present on the property during entire stay.
3. Phone confirmation for all reservations is mandatory - no exceptions.
4. The renter must register separately with the resort to purchase the required garage parking pass(es) and special Radio Frequency (RF) security bands. Cars, trucks, and motorcycles are allowed, but golf carts are prohibited. The total approximate cost per stay is $42. This must be completed through the website at least 24 hours before check-in. Summer Bookings during June through early August are generally by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Second- or third-party bookings are prohibited. Full payment is required at time of booking.

Guests must follow all of the house rules. Any violation of the provided contract, damage to the condo, or theft will result in a Damage Charge of up to $2,500 being added to the original payment.

This family-friendly resort has two huge outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, an arcade, a seasonal Tiki bar, a small convenience store, Waves restaurant and bar, an indoor movie theater, a charcoal grilling area, a huge well-equipped fitness center, and an attached 5-story parking garage.
