Nice condo and location
The condo was nice, clean, spacious and well supplied with basic necessities. Four of us stayed - 2 adults and 2 college-aged kids, and we all were comfortable. The location and having beach service was a huge plus.I selected this place bc of the cozy/clean vibe radiated from the pictures, the location (both on the beach and on 30A) and beach service being supplied. Items to note: 1 - the floor can be extremely slippery (we literally had to walk slowly and hold on to the wall when we arrived and at random times during our stay.).2 - the primary bathroom needs upgrades. The shower is TINY. You can’t bathe w/o hitting the wall and shower caddy. Mind you, we are athletic build 6’2” and 5’9”, so if you are smaller, the size of the shower may not be an issue.3 - the sofas could use a good cleaning. Possibly the rug too. I kept smelling a not so good oder when sitting in the living room that seemed to come from the sofa. At first glance, the sofas look nice. Once you sit, you can see the dingy areas where people have been sitting and water lines where wet bodies have sat.We would stay again if the primary bath’s shower is upgraded and sofas cleaned.
