    Note: While the unit itself does not have a private balcony, every floor features large, open seating lounges with ocean views, plus a beachside deck and upper sun deck right on the sand!

    Occupancy: Strictly 4 guests max (including infants/children per HOA regulations).

    Parking: $30 mandatory HOA parking fee due upon arrival (CASH ONLY at the 1st-floor office, open 8 AM–5 PM daily, or see security after hours). Max 1 vehicle per unit.

    Wristbands: Required to be worn on property at all times.



    Starter Pack Provided: Includes a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Our family has been going to Top of the Gulf for 5 years now. It is family friendly, clean, quiet, peaceful, and accommodating. Staff is super friendly, and keeps the grounds very clean. I was super excited to see there was an ice machine this year; plus new additions to the property.

Beautiful condo with the perfect atmosphere

We were looking for a beachfront condo with a full kitchen in a central location, and we got exactly that and more! The room itself was amazingly clean, the fridge and freezer were roomy, and the decor was the perfect coastal ambience. Plus, you can't beat easy beach access and a pool with a little tiki bar. Would easily return!

Nice space

Clean, cute loft style place. Comfortable bed. My only negative was there is no balcony facing the beach. I probably missed that in the description. I saw a picture showing a balcony railing looking at the ocean and assumed it was from the room. It was ok because it was outside our room one unit down so we were close to go sit there.

Beautiful view of the sunset from the room

The unit as a whole wasn’t the cleanest but I can live with that. What got me was the mold growing in the bowls and dried on old food on almost every bowl I took out of the cabinet. The TVs in the bunks don’t work it’s a hot mess of cords cut into the wall. I did let the owner know and she offered to come try to fix them the next day I declined that offer. On our way to the unit she informed us the dishwasher was broken. The beach was beautiful and the chair service is great that’s what really made me want to stay at this unit. There is a nice side view of the beach from the unit and you can see the sunset perfectly it was gorgeous.

Great room, comfortable bed, and everything we could possibly need! Since we flew, the umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels were lifesavers. There was also a sitting area and a beautiful view of the sunset just outside the room to the right. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and the beach never felt too crowded. Tootsies was awesome, too! This was a girls’ trip for just my mom and me, and you helped make our experience even more memorable. Thank you!

Great location to Tootsies- super cool / short walk on beach back to condo! !Location is Toght on the beach! This was our second time staying at Top of the Gulf! Pool was amazing! We were a little confused when the information shared we had two chairs and umbrella for beach.. We thought that meant actual beach service! That was our misunderstanding! Great visit! Thank you!

We loved our stay! Close to attractions, Walmart, and restaurants. Check-in was super easy and the kitchen was awesome! Bed was comfortable. Not a lot of space to hang towels or swimsuits, but enough for 2 people. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
