Beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was large, bed is comfortable, nice selection of pillows, large balcony. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Great spot… The staff could not be more accommodating or more helpful. Very walkable as a multitude of restaurants and stores are all around. On the edge of an area that has not been regentrified yet, but still felt safe at this hotel. The rooftop bar is lovely with a very nice view.

La Concordia was a wonderful place to base our 2-night stay in the Casco Viejo district. Warm and helpful concierge staff and beautifully appointed rooms totally elevated our vacation experience The roof top bar was chic and had the tastiest cocktails and food. We felt 2 days wasn’t enough and wished we had booked at lead one more night. Absolutely loved our stay here!

Wonderful stay

The hotel is in Old Town Panama. It's conveniently located amongst restaurants, bars and cafes. The boutique hotel was a good stay. Rooms were spacious and had a small balcony overlooking the streets of old town.

The room was beautiful but very loud. The A/C was great. The staff was friendly. The immediate neighborhood was run down. All the food and beverages in Casco Viejo were massively overpriced. Nothing was cheap.

Really nice hotel. Staff were attentive and kind. Very clean. The roof bar/restaurant is closed fyi, which is nice for a quieter stay but also something to keep in mind if you wanted to go there.

This is renovated historical building; our room is large with a patio and a huge bathroom; the ceiling is at least 15 ft high, the decor of the room is antique like with a 65" LG TV. The front desk is friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have any restaurant, and it is surrounded by narrow streets with a lot of traffic. So, you can hear the trucks passing by early in the morning. this is the historical district with tourist attractions all within walking distance. It is very safe to walk around within the district since there are abundant police present.

La Concordia Boutique Hotel is absolutely wonderful. The small size was a refreshing break from the gigantic hotel chains. The property itself is lovely and the location was great. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We loved our balcony for morning coffee. The best part, however, is the front desk staff. They were all great. Miriel was especially knowledgeable and helpful. She's a problem-solving whiz. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Loud club on rooftop

Our initial impression was good BUT they put us on the 3rd floor knowing there is a loud club (The DayJoe Died) on the 4th floor. The overly loud music kept us awake until 4am. Very disappointed.

The property is immaculate. It’s is the location where this hotel is situated in the old city is the issue. The only thing is that it’s the noise level at this place (neighbourhood) is very high. Street party over weekend goes on till morning. Honking / loud music / people screaming till 5/6am seems pretty normal.

Style over substance. Main problem would be a simple fix: a sheer curtain option. We stayed in a corner suite with balcony. But we had to keep half the room-darkening curtains closed because there was no sheer option. We were at eye level with a guy who was constantly shirtless in his bright fluorescent apartment across the way. We never sat on the balcony because the ambiance isn’t pleasant. Additional disappointments: expected a kitchen but staff explained to me that is only if you rent the villa and this is explained on the website (but management has a responsibility to ensure accuracy on other sites including here.) Instead there was a stocked fridge with no price list on-site. Bathtub? No soap but instead a rubber duck you can buy on the soap dish. Yes, noisy and musty but a candle and earplugs are set out. (I found that soothing music on the Bose via my Spotify account worked best to drown out the dance club noise.) Candle helped. Upon arrival no help was offered carrying heavy bags down the stairs into the tiny lobby. Appreciated the follow-through on having our Expedia perk of sparking wine ready. The rooms are spacious and the interior design is beautiful. Just too much form over function.
