The staff is exceptional! From the room maids, to the staff at the restaurants, to the bar tenders, to the room service, to the pool guys - 5 star service!! The rooms and entire facility was always clean and modern! Be sure to rent a car if you don't get all-inclusive! Only advice is to have more activities engaging the people that want a bit of a "party" atmosphere during the day!

The premises has lots to offer and the staff is extremely polite and caring. The place is beautiful and tranquil (especially in the mornings). However, some small details are rather suboptimal or overlooked. For instance, the restaurants are extremely overpriced and the quality of the food is simply not worth the price. Moreover, the gym amenities lack maintenance, and machines (treadmills) were all either out of order, or simply stopped mid run.
