The space
Our penthouse combines contemporary elegance with homelike warmth. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows and multiple balconies fill the living areas with natural light and frame stunning hill and city skyline views. Each of the three en‑suite bedrooms opens onto its own balcony and includes a dressing area. There’s a spacious open‑plan living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals and gathering together.
The entertainment zone features a pool table and ping‑pong table next to a cosy lounge, so you can play while chatting with friends. Outside, a large patio and wrap‑around terraces provide plenty of seating for dining or stargazing under the night sky. Whether you’re celebrating with loved ones or working remotely, you’ll enjoy comfort, privacy and unparalleled views.

Guests will have the entire 3‑bedroom penthouse to themselves. Enjoy exclusive access to the spacious living and dining area, full kitchen, indoor lounge with pool and ping‑pong tables and the private jacuzzi. Each bedroom features its own balcony and en‑suite bathroom, and there’s a huge wrap‑around terrace and patio with seating for up to 35 people – perfect for alfresco meals, yoga or stargazing.
You’ll also have use of the building’s facilities, including an open‑air theatre and small gym. A secure gated parking lot with 24‑hour security sits at the entrance; two dedicated spaces are reserved for your stay and there is additional space for more vehicles if needed. Elevator access takes you directly to the penthouse. High‑speed Wi‑Fi is available throughout, and a supermarket and pharmacy are just a short walk away for any essentials.
Other things to note
Please note that the penthouse is perched on a hillside with open balconies and terraces; guests with mobility concerns or very young children should take extra care. We ask that shoes be removed indoors to help keep the hardwood floors pristine and that there is no smoking inside the apartment. Small gatherings are welcome, but please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down after 10 pm.
The jacuzzi can be used from 8 am – 9 pm and should not be used after consuming alcohol. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless you have arranged prior permission. A security deposit may be required at check‑in to cover any accidental damage and will be refunded after check‑out.
The lift opens directly into the penthouse but stairs are required to access the rooftop patio. Power outages are rare; however, there is a backup generator in place. Finally, because we’re surrounded by nature you might encounter insects or friendly neighbourhood dogs – please treat our local wildlife with respect.
