"I tried to check in on the day at Ayowa Grand Hotel and the Hotel management refuse to let us check in saying they did not received money I paid on line! I have the proof from commercial bank that I paid 91.98 USD for the 2 rooms I booked but the hotel management refuse demanding I pay again and check in. "Staff was friendly & welcoming, property needs improvement. It was slippery when raining due to leaking roof way to the room , Room itself cleaned. Apart from there was a spit on the wall ( phlegm ) No television, there was a plug it was a electrical hazard exposed wire, no toiletries . View from the room lovely see front. Can get a cheap tuktuk to the town. "

"Lovely staff could not do more. Check parties before arrival- I could not sleep past midnight one evening due to party. Room does not include breakfast which seems a little mean as it can be bought for 3-4 dollars at restaurant. Recommended."
