"We had a very clean airy room during a hot weather stay. We enjoyed a relaxed meal in the evening with family. The staff were attentive, friendly, but not overbearing. We appreciated the extensive grounds and enjoyed playing chess in the garden - it was a pity one piece was missing."

"This was our second stay, and we enjoy coming to this hotel because it’s close, convenient and generally a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are fresh and clean, the staff are okay, and the buffet breakfast has a good selection. Unfortunately, our second visit was disappointing because the TV remote wasn’t working. A member of staff came to change the batteries, but what should have been a simple issue turned into a lengthy process of trying to get the TV working. It took far too long and disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay. The aim of any hotel stay should be to make things as seamless and comfortable as possible for guests, and unfortunately, on this occasion that wasn’t the case. Would I stay here again? **Maybe.** The location and cleanliness are definite positives, but I would hope for a smoother experience next time."

"The hotel was spotless clean and so beautiful! A special mention to Vansh and Wendy the team at breakfast who worked so hard during a busy rush at breakfast and kept the team with a smile on their face, delicious hot food and cleaning the area consistently. We had the best stay and would 110% recommend this hotel with their amazing staff who could do no more for you. Thank you"

"Nice bed. Rooms are on the small side. Bathroom was good size and had a tall bathtub. We loved the room view if the horse sanctuary (6-8 horses) roaming around on the sanctuary, right in front our window. Nice restaurant and bar. Nice pool. "

"Exceptional in all areas, the restaurant staff were especially outstanding. Mohammed made my family feel so welcome and nothing was to much. He made our evening meal extra special. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice and was fresh and well topped up. Can't wait to visit again"

"Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned and had a large clump of someone’s hair bundled up under the sink on the floor. Kept windows open to for the entire stay as slightly damp smell in room. Hopefully just a blip, but will be returningnin September and October as well as visiting your chain in Walsall also in October"
