"The apartments are great for a family of 4, spacious, proper size fridge and kitchen equipped to cook. The last time we stayed we had a room that had views of lagoon from both bedrooms and lounge (rooms 1/2/3 I think) whereas this time it was a view of the lagoon just from bedroom and outside seating area - but still lovely. I was thankful for aircon in master bedroom but it meant it was a bit warm in the other bedroom and lounge (but the kids coped fine). My husband enjoyed going for a kayak. Lovely dining up the road at 3 pigs and Cafe Vila. Easy to catch local buses but if you think you will want to get out a lot then consider renting a car. The owner is friendly and checks in on guests and also respects privacy so the perfect balance. The pool is great for a dip."

"The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island activities are needed to enhance the Experience. Maybe Jetskis .. More water activities , Also the Guest Experience staff ( who were great) should all be on the same page when selling activities ... sometimes we got 3 different versions of the same activities with no definitive proposals or offer . We give them credit as they tried their best to offer the deals . Overall we were very happy with the staff ( brilliant ) . Its a beautiful Island resort with So Much potential to grow your business. Suggest some input from the locals and survey guests on the spot instead of Online reviews ( most will not do it ) . Thank you for a great time."
