"Secluded home with all modern conveniences. It was both clean and orderly. The communications with the home owner and the local property caretakers was fantastic! The hot tub was a real treat, and having the caretaker fire up the wood burner and prepare the tub was no small task, well worth the added expense.The road to the house was easy, and Marianne was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We highly recommend this place for a more upscale stay and experience! "

"I fully recommend this property, without hesitation! The home and the property are extremely well maintained and welcoming. Our extended family of 7 (teens and adults) loved our week in Pucon. The owner, Clare, was very helpful as we planned our vacation by giving us several excellent recommendations for restaurants, places to visit etc. You can walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The photos of the chalet on VRBO do not do the property justice! I recommend renting a car so that you can...

"Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. "The property is an idyllic hide away 5-7 minutes from the town of Pucon. Although we were unable to locate the house using our google maps app or maps.me app, a call to the property owner and he messaged the property manager who met us in town and led us to the property. The beautiful landscaping provides complete privacy for the large property. We enjoyed playing a modified pickle ball game on the tennis court and spikeball in the soccer field. Great Hotel

"Spent a week at Vientios del Sur and and was happy with everything, especially the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and it is in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything in central Pucón."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel."
