"Room was clean and comfortable and the Bathroom was outstanding! It had a Shower and a very large separate Soaking Tub which I enjoyed greatly!!! The breakfast was very tasty and the Coffee was Excellent which I value and am usually disappointed with at most hotels. Will stay here again!"
The Big Texan Motel

"We have come to the Big Texan hotel every year as we have family in Texas since about 1990 and have never been disappointed. We made the mistake of staying at another hotel this year was only there an hour horrible stay. Went back to the Big Texan. Won't do that again. We will continue to use The Big Texan"
Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo

"Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the drinks and food both evening and morning for 2 different nights we stayed during our trip. This hotel was our stopover point to break up the driving, so we stayed one night on the way there, and one night on the way back. The location is extremely convenient, being right at a major intersection along the interstate. That doesn't mean there's traffic noise, which I've experienced some places. I never even thought about it while we were there. It felt very peaceful and safe. There are several restaurants close by and we found a Target down the street to grab some snacks. All very easy to get to by car, some within walking distance. The staff are absolutely the highlight of this location. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and "bar" area. They were all very friendly, helpful, inviting. They work very hard to welcome guests and provide great service. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a warm welcome and a restful stay during our trip!"

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Parking was crowded. They did tell us once we got inside that there was an overflow spot. Hotel was easy to access and close to restaurants. Bed was comfy"

"New, modern facility conveniently located near I40 on the west end of Amarillo. Ideal for an overnight stay for those heading west. The included buffet breakfast is good, not great. Ample parking. Nice indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again."
