"Check in lobby was old , dingy and needs serious updating. The room had a cracked tile at the door and didn't smell inviting. The door opened almost to the parking lot so I didn't feel safe. "

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the *kickback* was great (from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.); the breakfast was good, too... ...but they need to put hand soap in the bathrooms and body lotion! Please!"

"Staff friendly and efficient. Hot breakfast was fresh and tasty. Room: good amenities, couch was filthy and stained, room darkening curtain was stuck and did not pull down allowing light into our room all night, Disney Channel set to Spanish and we couldn't change it to English. We didn't get to watch Zootopia 2."

"Our room mini fridge was not even cold & our microwave had no plate to even be able to warm anything up. We travel with children so both of these are an absolute need. We tried the pool the water was murky and lots of hair floating on the top. The hot tub was just as bad and wasn't working. Our bathroom floor tiles around the toilet were loose things in our room had dust on them which made us question how properly they even cleaned. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed because we could hear EVERYTHING! Which made it difficult to even really sleep. We did utilize the gym which seemed to be the only decent thing. The elevators reeked of syrup after breakfast it was spilled in the elevator and never cleaned up. We didn't have a do not disturb sign on our door for housekeeping but it didn't matter they didn't bother to show up. We 100% will not be staying here ever again. We tried saving money by staying here but the saying is true you get what you pay for!"

"I'm actively seeking a refund on my last reservation due to for some unseen issues with television stations became unavailable for most of my stay. The front desk clerk personally told me he was aware of the situation and that there were another 2-3 rooms experiencing the same issues. I should have been moved to another room due to the inconvenience ,but wasn't. I have spoken to the manager,and she was to get with the head honcho that oversees the Ashmore Inn ,and see if I can be refunded for the inconvenience I experienced while staying there."
