Room was very comfy and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Polk street on a Sat night is very rowdy and loud. Just be aware.

The hotel was a great location to my daily travel. Very clean and excellent service. My problem was with Expedia I had to leave because of a death in my family . I was told by the hotel that Expedia would have to refund my money back because I paid with them . The person from Expedia tried to say it had to from the hotel. After going back and forth on the phone with Expedia the hote district manager talk with Expedia and let them know that I only stay two nights. And that's what they will be...

Easy check in. Clean room. Quiet and comfortable bed. Close to restaurants and night life venues. Convenient for highway access and very quiet though near highways.

The property grounds were littered but the area lent to that situation. The hotel is clean and the folks kind. Room was very comfortable. Some concern about safety of car at night due to no fault of the hotel.

Very nice hotel

The hospitality was amazing, I was extremely impressed on how sweet and caring the front desk lady was, I was in town for a funeral, and they went beyond my expectations of the compassion they showed towards me when I came back from the viewing.

I have stayed at this property several times now, and it has always been nice and quiet within the room. I will stay here again if I’m in Amarillo!

My wife and I had an awesome time and felt very comfortable at the hotel and in our room. Service was great and the indoor heated pool was very relaxing. we will be booking another stay very soon! 100% satisfaction!
