"The cards to our room didn’t work when we got to our room, called and employee came his card wouldn’t work either he said the door lock battery must’ve died. He went and got new keys and new room. The cards worked the first day, second day we had to have the keys re done because none would open our door again. The room was clean but the floors outside of elevators looked like something that been spilled and was left for several days didn’t get cleaned. There were no towels on the clean towel rack at the pool we had to ask for them every time we went swimming."
