"Die Inhaberin der Unterkunft wusste nichts von einer Buchung als wir dort ankamen. Sie sagte, dass sie diese Unterkunf gar nicht über diese Plattform (auch VRBO nicht) anbietet.
Bei Rückfragen wurde ich damit vertröstet, dass VRBO zuständig sei und haben mir lediglich eine Telefonnummer angegeben. Beim Versuch dort anzurufen, hiess es, dass diese Nummer nicht in Betrieb sei.
Auch die Kontaktangaben wie Mailadresse und Telefonnummer des angeblichen Anbieters der Unterkunft, waren entweder...
