"The room was great. The front entrance was not in service so you had to go to the back of the building a little dark and people park on the road to cgeck in making it difficult to manuever. (it will not happen onve the front entrance is back on service) Room was very spacious, more like huge, the bathroom door needed a little TLC, looked like if a cat had an encounter with it on the inside, not a big deal but compare to the neatness of the rest of the room is just like no one has noticed it. Should check and fix for the esteticts of the room as whole."

"Convenient location. 15 minute safe walk to City Walk/Universal Studios. Busing available as well. Clean room and surrounding areas inside and outside of the hotel. Comfortable space in rooms, bedding and pillows. Friendly staff. Helpful around the clock. Reasonable amenities in kitchen for basic cooking. Laundry facilities were clean and available. Breakfast buffet had basic variety with hot/cold options. Have stayed multiple times at this hotel for all reasons above, will definitely return again. "

"Let’s start at the beginning: The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was pristine and beautifully decorated. The elevator was quick and the hallways were clean. And then the room, it was perfect… above all expectations. The stay: I wish we had booked a longer stay because it was so comfortable and spacious. I didn’t even feel like I was in an hotel. And the view our room had was perfect for our kids to watch the rides at night. The morning: The kitchen in the room was clean and stocked with coffee mugs for an easy morning routine. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and was not a hot mess like many other waffle bars. 10/10 would recommend!!"
