"This hotel is about a mile away from universal. There is no charge for parking. The shuttle they offer makes 1 trip out at 8:10 and 1 trip back at 5:30 in the afternoon. The breakfast offered was less than expected. Only bagels, muffins, and cereal offered. No gym. Small pool. No complimentary water offered, but they have a vending machine in the lobby where you can buy a bottle for $7. The hotel was clean overall and met our needs. "

"I couldn't get any hot water. The bed felt small for a queen and the linens were so small we struggled to share a blanket. Not bad, but probably wouldn't stay there again. "
