"The property was very dirty! The room was terribly dirty. Such as there was water on the bathroom floor. The counters were not wiped off. The room was not vaccumed. Light fixture and the dresser draweres were broken. The A/C did not work. The room smelled mildew. The mirrors were streaked. Over all it was unsatisfied. I would have rather spent a little more to be in a clean room some were else. Never again. The staff was ok, I really have no complaints there. Also the elevator was really scary...

"Hallway trash cans overflowing, nothing like the pictures, strong smell of tobacco. The staff member that helped us was kind and helpful, the property itself was just not what was expected."

"Clean rooms staff very friendly laundry room clean keep up the good work"

"My stay was in room 119. The bathroom was moldy and part of the ceiling above the shower was starting to crumble in. The fire detector was removed from the wall and when I left on Sunday 10/11 morning, I left medication in room refrigerator. When I noticed my error on Monday 10/12 I am informed that it was thrown away by house keeping, regardless that it was labeled and clearly medical. I’m honestly at a loss"
