"Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. Domaine Val de Roland

8/10 Good

"The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to restaurants and stores. Parking is plentiful. The view from your hotel room is beautiful. The buildings are well maintained. You do need to bring supplies and you do need to clean the unit before you leave. The utility company was doing work on the water supply to the street which we were advised of but had no idea how long the water would be off for. It turned out it was only off for a short time so no real impact. A good experience overall."

Hotel Eurostars Reina Felicia

10/10 Excellent

"Very nice hotel, staff was great. Our 5 year old got sick and the staff was awesome and got us extra towels for cleaning up from him getting sick. The room was spacious with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs pull out sofa. Location wasn't walkable with the kids to anything in the center, but it was convenient because parking was free and the grocery store was right across the street."

Garden & City Cauterets Balneo

8/10 Good

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."

This is a pristine place to stay especially if you are touring the Pyrenees. A number of fellow motorcyclists were staying at the same time."
