"I checked in near midnight after a late flight, and the clerk spontaneously offered me a late checkout at noon, rather than 11:00 AM, which I gratefully accepted. The price was also surprisingly low for a full suite with a good kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again, especially for a longer stay in the Burlington area. Although I did not use the kitchenette, it was well set-up, with stainless steel cookware rather than peeling dangerous non-stick, and a full-size fridge and dishwasher. I had a few minor issues about the room that I shared with the clerk on checkout -- one was that I could have used full instructions on the full-size Keurig, which I do not have at home and never figured out. They were taken seriously and I'm sure they will be addressed."

"We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area."
