"Liked friendly and welcoming staff, cleanliness, free coffee tea and bread. Comfortable bed and communal areas. Only think to be improved is that I wasnt in receipt of the code to get in when I arrived. I didnt have a sim card so couldnt phone. I went away and emailed Frank to get it and then went back. Ideally an automatic email and text giving these details, before check out time would have been good. Overall this is my favourite accommodation place in Melbourne. "

"The reception was friendly and check-in was quick. The toilets were clean regularly. The daily activities are cool and gives opportunity for those who are solo-travelling to meet new friends. The kitchen was a little small for the number of guests staying at the hostel. Overall, it is still a cozy place."

"Very clean for a hostel type accommodation. convenient location. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm with private bathroom, so can;t comment on the bigger dorms. YMMA It was rather loud thou on a sat night. Not sure whether the noise was from its own pub or somewhere else. there was only 1 double electrical outlet to serve 4 of us, thus knocking 1 star off the amenities rating."

"Good place if you would like to stay in CBD. Close to shops and tourist places like Queen Victoria Market or Melbourne Museum. The facility is getting dated with equipment showing its age (noisy Aircon and fridge, broken window locker). With all of that it's clean and offers reasonable parking option in the building. I will definitely come back sometime in the future as it's handy location."
