The staff were courteous and professional, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the entire experience felt like a warm nod to both the past and the present. "Love the cleanliness, all the staff were accommodating. The walking and garden area is great! BREAKFAST was FANTASTIC!!!! I did some massage (deep tissue), it was great for my tired body . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel!"

"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"
