"High quality hotel with good fitness facilities including an outdoor and indoor pool (water is a bit cold though). Rooms are huge with a very comfortable bed, and are very clean and well maintained. WiFi in rooms is not great, better in the lobby. No bar that I could find and info on where the two restaurants are located was poorly signposted and poor info on them in the room. They are on level B by the way. E-cafe Western restaurant was ok, but they literally had the same buffet...

"It was a short business trip to Guangzhou. The front desk and reception service was excellent. As a foreigner, I have difficulty in arranging a taxi. The staff (Wechat nick name La La) help me to book a taxi each time I needed one. The hotel location is excellent as it is very near to subway station and a big shopping mall. Thank you. "

"Though it was our first stay, we were quite impressed with hotel staff who were quite courteous and welcoming. Though, English language was a barrier we could still walk through these challenges. The front office Manager, the solo spoken English - was quite helpful and made our stay quite comfortable. "The area was very close 5 mins walk to chimelong resorts and theme parks which is a must to visit, particularly the circus. The apartment was cheap and had 2 double beds in the room which was good for a family of 4. The others do not have the 2 double beds anymore. Lots of shops and eateries beside. We were mostly at the chimelong resort which is an amazing place to rest and relax. The condition were just fair. "Room is very clean, and very comfy too. Hotel service still needs some improvement. Public transportation is a bit limited. Very hard to find taxi, and far from subway. Only public bus is accessable. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who only want to visit university."

"整體來說是比較失望的 第一，網站上的地址是錯的，連地圖都找不到，起初坐的士到那個地址所到處竟是一片廢墟，差點嚇死我們，最後是靠的士司機不停在附近找才找得到。到酒店後拿到名片發現地址竟和網站上的不同。 第二，房間比圖片上明顯小很多，參考圖片應該是經魚眼鏡放大的。 第三，酒店明顯沒有很多網訂經驗，前台弄了很久才處理到我們的訂房。 第四，房間裡並沒有電視信號，當我們問職員後得知只有wifi點播沒有當地電視收看，不過所謂的wifi點播最後都因故障不能收看。 另外，此酒店比較偏遠，酒店外非常難攔截計乘車，我們等了30分鍾都沒有，最後兩次外出都是坐當地的公交車然後轉乘地鐵。 不過酒店內服務和清潔都不錯，建議入住前最好先弄清楚有關地址及交通。 附上酒店名片上提供的確實地址： 廣州番禺南村鎮梅山村金江大道自編十號"
