"The room was ok. Beds are comfortable. It’s a pretty decent place to sleep in for a few nights. However we stayed 4 nights and not even one time they came to clean the room or take care of the garbage, or replace towels, fill up toilet paper, stuff like that. I’ve never stayed in a place where they didn’t do that before. I was disappointed about that."
"The first shift staff was new and did not help with finding things to do in the city. The refrigerator in the room was popping when on. The people across the hall were loud."
