Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the service, which although never rude, showed a lack of experience at all levels, including duty managers. Difficult to even order a cup of tea at breakfast, which often arrived without a mug and teaspoon, and à la carte breakfast food arrived lukewarm frequently. Overall, beautiful hotel but disappointing service for a 5* establishment"

"1 minute away from the beach front and great restaurants. No instruction or message on how to get to the property which I had to ask one of the neighbors near the property. Little run down (molds in bathroom, dirty coffee maker and electric kettle) but location was great and quiet."
