"This is the place that we want to come again... we arrived with a very bad weather so the warm water at the pool was so relaxing... laundry area was clean and our room is beach front so even with a storm the view is amazing! We stayed for 3 nights, room was clean, our mini kitchen is full of all the utensil that we need... comfy beds and shower is really good. Service was amazing, the staff are really nice,helpfull and polite. Parking is easy.. We love to come visit again. Thank you team we appreciate everything.🙂"

"The accommodation was very clean and bordered on the beautiful parkland waterway that runs through Papamoa, so that we could walk all the way to the shops through the park and close enough to run to the beach in the morning. Very quiet spot"

Cooked our dinner on the bbq and took it back to the apartment to eat it on the balcony (we were on the second floor overlooking the recreation area). Shopping was an easy walk. The one night stay was very easy and relaxing."

"Nice location, great to have a pool and spa pool. Could do with some improvements to give it that Lux feel. Feedback has been provided to owners. Great kitchen, layout of rooms and location. Bedding, towels can be improved. there is a fee for any pets staying per night, which we were not aware of when it said it is pet friendly. "
