Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great. Restaurant in the pool area serves delicious food. Being able to use some of the amenities at Atlantis is great. 5 minute walk to marina, shops, and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

The room was cleaned well and smelled great every day that we were there thanks to our housekeeper Andrea B. The staff was very pleasant and helpful especially Ruth N. She was very accommodating and made sure that our needs were met. The daily breakfast and the swim up bar were also great. Loved being able to have access to the Atlantis and over all was a great experience.

Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. The air conditioner rattled all night the hallways were filled with trash cans, collecting water leaking from the ceiling. The food selection for dinner was limited and not that tasty, but having access to the atlantis water park was what made it worth it.
