Excellent customer service. Staff friendly. The food was delicious—enough lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The facility needs to be updated, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time in paradise.

The Staff was amazing. The property was a little dated but it was kept extremely clean at all times. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was laid back and accommodating. The food was okay, about the same as every other all-inclusive. They did have stand out dishes like the crab cakes, jerk.chicken, rice and beans, a few others. The resturants booked quickly. We were lucky enough to get in They were nice. The best one was Krystal. All in all we had a good time.

Housekeeping sucked. Cleaned rooms but left no towels. They were also rude. Waiters were also extremely inattentive. Was there for six days and only exceptional waiter was Warren.

This isn’t for a young crowd to stay at. Also, the restaurants couldn’t be reserved even days ahead of wanting a reservation. The all inclusive part was chips and dip, sandwiches, Plato like pizza, and, burgers. There was confusion about wearing swimsuit to the pool from the from the room. The pool closed at 7. The room service was the same thing that was served at the 24 hour bar which is the food i listed above. The stay here ruined my birthday & have made The Riu brand horrible for our experience. And not to mention I had a pair of shoes come up missing out of my room that I’m assuming that housekeeping threw away!!!

The hotel staff and common areas were nice. The rooms need serious updating. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms or full shower doors, which created a real slip and fall hazard. They close the pool and beach area at 6-7 o'clock which is way to early. Couldnt get reservations for any of the restaurants. Luckily the buffet food was good. There is a construction site right next door so the ocean view really is challenging.

Very old establishment. Rooms need to be renovated. Main area - was okay but definitely can be kept more tidy. Sewage smell in certain areas of the hotel. I would recommend renovating with the plumbing and much more. Staff was nice - food (buffet and restaurants) and drinks only were delicious- definitely 4 out of 5
