Four Seasons = superior experiences! Some of the properties do not live up to the FS brand but this one does in terms of quiet luxury and superior guest services. Everyone was extremely polite, gracious and appreciative. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will return asap!

The location of The Ocean Club is hard to beat, the food is very good although quite pricey - your food bill will rise quite rapidly. The staff are very friendly and helpful although the person that showed me to my room on arrival was a little frosty after I made a remark that waiting and hour for my room to become available was not very good especially after a long flight. The room that I stayed in was nice but I’d say if this is the same for all similar rooms, then they’re about due for a refurb as they are starting to look a bit tired and some of the bath fittings were definitely in need of replacing. All in all I think a four out of five is probably a little on the generous side and would rate nearer a 3.5 but the grounds, beach and general location is exceptional. The gym is very good. One more checked off the list.

From the moment you step out of the car at the Ocean Club, you are in luxury. The staff are at your service, friendly and welcoming. The property facilities are out of this world. The gym is very well equipped, you can get the push bikes to cycle the property. We only stayed for one night as a treat. We are at Dune restaurant. Our server was great. So lovely and chatty. Top service. The resort was very quiet which we didn’t mind, as it’s very exclusive. Each time we sat down at a different pool, the staff bring over a bucket of ice and ocean club waters to keep you hydrated. The room was out of this would. A bath tub fit for 2 people! In the rooms, we were given complimentary branded caps, beach bag, and even a bottle of local rum to take home. Even the closet was air conditioned!! Unbelievable stay, certainly warrants its prove and exclusivity.

In love with this property!

Travel all over the world and thia property is one of our favorite. Best service all around from Selena at the spa, restaurants and our butler's Prince and Marcus spoiled us every moment! Food is spectacular as well and Keith at the martini bar is world renowned. If your looking for a serene getaway where you do not have to leave the property for a thing- this is the spot.

Over the top accommodations. Only one complaint. We were not told there was complimentary morning coffee and muffins in am and Friday nite free cocktails for an hour. We found out both when leaving so felt like we got ripped off spending money when it was available free.

We spent one night for a anniversary. The staff made a note when we arrived and we were congratulated when we had dinner and drinks after. The room overlooks the ocean and we could walk out to sit on chairs to enjoy the solitude. The staff was very respectful, polite, courteous, helpful, and welcoming. We had only booked one day ahead and there was no problem with the short notice. We will highly recommend the Ocean Club and hope to return when we can. Memories were made and shared with friends and family who have not seen it in pictures or in person.
