"I like the hotel, but it is located in the mist of several freeways, making it very noisy for my comfort!"

"Location was great for visiting central San Jose. Hotel was clean, most of staff friendly & professional. Unfortunately, this could be spotty. We would deal with some who were excellent but then some not very efficient. The restaurant was the same. One night food & service good, next morning we would wait 20-30 minutes to place our order. Didn’t help that our hot water was not even hooked up in one room & one night the water was not on at all. "

"Super high ceilings. Amazing common lounge areas on each floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. The kitchenette in the suite is lacking amenities (just a microwave, stovetop, and mini fridge). No dishware, glasses, or utensils. Tight and chaotic parking lot. Very enjoyable stay! Highly recommend if you're in this part of town. "

"Stayed coming and going from our Airbnb so just an over nighter. Had breakfast buffet (good) and some drinks at bar. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. "
