"Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...
"Amazing stay! It was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the pool and the breakfast. Staff (esp the pool bar staff and Olga) were very kind and helpful. This is a place I will recommend to both families and couples. The only thing to take note that one should definitely have a car when visiting Halkidiki. "
"This is our second stay here .
This is a family run business, extremely friendly, and very focused on customer service.
The buffet breakfast is excellent.

"The staff was excellent, and Ifigenia stood out as exceptionally kind, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. The cleanliness was outstanding. The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, which can be a challenge if neighboring guests are noisy. Aside from that, the overall atmosphere of the property is relaxing, quiet, and peaceful."
"The resort is peaceful. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast was good and had many options. Dinner was also good. The bathroom was extremely small and shower was tiny and did not have a door so water went everywhere. You can rent a car very cheap at the hotel. The shampoo and body wash provided was not the best, but did the job. I recommend this place and will stay next time I visit. "
"More like a 4 star hotel. Welcome was nice and initially rooms looked nice. However, shower door kept falling off half way through stay. Had to keep asking for complimentary bottled water - should be enough given everyday. Was told had to ask for it before 5pm otherwise you pay. Wide variety of food at buffet, but got monotonous after a few days - recommend eating at local tavernas. The waitresses were very quick to clear plates to the point they'd remove plates you hadn't finished eating. ...
"Overall it was fine the building is brand new. Housekeeping was everyday and the staff is polite.
Just keep in mind that breakfast is served at the coffee shop and has limited offers. "

"This hotel exceeded every expectation that I had! There are lots I could talk about; the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the superb breakfast but what really makes this hotel is the amazing staff who all go over and above to help and genuinely invest in making your stay as positive as possible. "
"Evrething was smonth from the checking all the way of the rest of vacation. We travel with the family of 4 and everyone had a great time. The roms where amazing and the beach nice and clean . Food very delicious and fresh cold drinks .
Thank you Nea Potidea Palace . "
"Fantastic 1st stay at Ikos. Beautiful hotel, fantastic choice of food and drinks at several restaurants. Our favourites were the Beach Club, Ouzo and Anaya. Staff were brilliant, always very helpful and polite. Rooms were great, we had Junior Suite with sea view in Block 1, one of the rooms did have an unpleasant smell, I think from the air conditioning, however we didn’t mention this so we can’t really complain. If I was being really picky I would say the drinks on the beach are served in plastic beakers due to safety I would imagine, and soft drinks never seamed to be fizzy on the beach. The regular beach server Bruno was tremendous and worked so hard, however when he was on day off the service was nowhere near as good or frequent.
The only real issue we had was people leaving towels on sunbeds. They would lay them on beds early and then not come to the beach for a few hours. There is a rule that they towels will be removed after 30mins but this doesn’t seem to be enforced. The most frustrating thing was couples securing 4 beds with towels and only using 2, probably to prevent people lying close to them.
All in all we had a brilliant stay at Ikos and would love to try another Ikos resort."
