"The staff and the food were absolutely fantastic! The room was extremely clean and well-maintained. Our only issue was at the air conditioning never got the room down to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. I think one of the units was not working. Otherwise, I cannot say enough about how fabulous a place it was and how kind everyone was. I will definitely come here again!"

"Absolutely perfect location ,close to Sparta and Mystras . Property located in oranges orchard with beautiful view of mountains. The only one minus- shower /toilet combo, which is very small.There is no front desk, to get key instruction you have to call owner.But view was worth it!"

"Wonderful location across the road from beautiful rocky beaches. Fabulous for swimming and snorkeling. The unit was comfortable and clean and it was good having a small kitchen. Our only concern was that they should better equip the apartment— It needs a cooking pot, a dish towel (rather than having to use paper towels to dry the dishes), a light blanket, bigger sheets to fit the bed, more than one roll of toilet paper and some clothes pins. "Our appartment was super clean. The view from our balcony was stunning. We had a balcony all around the apartment overlooking Koroni area. Sofia is very friendly. She answered our requests as soon as we addressed them. Our AC broke at night and the next morning it was fixed. The only missing item I found in this appartment is a microwave. "The property features 4 independent homes with beautiful balconies with some views of the sea. The homes are newer and the beds/linens were all very clean and comfortable. All appliances worked well and the A/C was a relief in the summer heat. 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the historic town. We would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Koroni."

"Pay attention that they only provide limited housekeeping. One towel you had to use at least 3 days and 6 times if you take showers twice a day. Kitchen has aged old pots and pans, all are not non-sticky types. You are not able to clean it after one use. You better spend 20 or 30 more euros to stay at nearby 4 star hotels which offers last minutes very good deal. Regret that we did not cancel it before the cancellation due date. We will not come back."

"We picked Mazaraki Guesthouse because of the reviews and they were correct.....WOW....the room was fantastic, well beyond what we expected. The staff helpful and friendly, amazing view from our veranda and breakfast is excellent. I am running out of adjectives to describe it. I do not think you will be disappointed."

"Great spot in the mountains. Very reasonable drive to Sparta and surrounding areas. The breakfast she made every morning (included in price) was outstanding and it was great to be able to come back at the end of a long day and order a great dinner at a reasonable price.
