- Villa Alba is located in the beautiful resort of Protaras. There is easy access to the main strip of Protaras as well as Ayia Napa being a short taxi or bus ride away.
The modern villa sits at the top of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance of local amenities. There are four good sized bedrooms. Three of them are ensuite. The main bedroom has a balcony with partial sea views. There are two outdoor rattan seating areas and a gas-powered BBQ. One of the seating areas is under a new pergola.

Good communication with the host
Nice villa in walking distance from two nice beaches and two small supermarkets. Extremely good communication with the host which was very helpfull both before and during our stay in the villa. Nice and quiet area. Not many nearby restaurants but two very nice bays and a small dive center close.
