"The property is located very close to Venice Beach and Santa Monica, the price is reasonable for a no frills motel. Things that could have been better would be access to an iron and hairdryer, also our recycling was left in our room as we did not put in side the trash can so it could be recycled, usually housekeeping will take it away along with any trash. Otherwise our stay was good the room was clean and parking was convenient and the bed was made regularly. The towels were changed regularly...

"Newly renovated, so nicer than most hotels that cost more money. Can't stay more than around 28 days, so a problem if staying long term. Easy to catch a bus and get where I needed to go. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Never felt unsafe, but always recommend a top floor room for females traveling alone."

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
