"There is no hotel shuttle or laundry facilities. One of the elevators was out of service most of the time. The in-room dishwasher leaked water all over the floor - not sure why there is a dishwasher as no dishes were provided."
"Excellent hotel steps from Fifth Avenue. Beautiful renovation of an iconic hotel. The hotel also features a Felice restaurant onsite serving lunch and dinner.
Staff was very helpful and gracious. Any issues were promptly handled. Only issues for me were the AC system functionality (probably needs some explanation in advance to highlight that the AC detects motion) and the TV (seems to only feature Roku programming. I would have preferred Spectrum).
Lastly for awareness the hotel...
