I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Their chefs also made us a special departing treat when they were notified in convo that we were leaving (Dom and Rizki). Amazing!! Rooms are spacious and kept clean with...

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

From the front desk to the maid service... everything was first rate. You will pay for this service, but I think its worth the pay. Easily the best place I've stayed in the Philippines, and for what I paid it should be that good. The room was really great.. big flat screen, shower & tub.. very clean... The property is so clean, the staff are super friendly. location is excellent. I accidentally left our room open, the housekeeper called security to check our room to make sure nothing is missing and they lock the door and notified us. Breakfast is sooo good, pool is clean and huge. we will definitely go back. I like that there is a washer and dryer in the room and grocery store downstairs.
