Great option in paraty to be close to the center. Car is needed to go back and forth to the different places.

A very family friendly budget resort. Good selection at breakfast. Lots of kids and families as well as couples. Close enough to the historic center but you probably need a cab.

Biggest disappointment

Highly disappointed by the hotel. Cute from the outside, glad i used a free night and paid 20€ instead of 160 but a little upset that I used my voucher for this place. The room is very basic, not well furnished to accommodate the stay of 2 people… not even room to store bagages for 2. No safe in the room, the door to the swimming pool doesn’t close, anybody can come in. The door bathroom door doesn’t close, lots of mosquitoes… seem difficult for the hotel to have a key copy so we were told they couldn’t clean the room for almost 3 days… they saw us several times at the reception and never said anything… they didn’t bother we had dirty towels for the 2 nights we stayed. The gym is not a gym. The breakfast was ok. At this price (i paid the second night on directly on their site cos hotels.com seems to take roughly 50€), i was expecting much better than the “private pool” that actually leaves no privacy, the place was very noisy. They have signs prohibiting noise and speakers but they obviously don’t care that much about it. It’s barely a 1-2 star hotel in my opinion and doesn’t worth that much. There is much better for much cheaper. Rust on the bathroom trash definitely not feels like fancy. Without mentioning the dirty swimming pool they never cared to clean.

Café da manhã é o que pode ser elogiado e também a jacuzzi disponível, tinha mais de duas disponíveis sempre. Pessoal não dá uma cortesia, na nossa reserva não tinha específico qual era o quarto, portanto nos mandaram para qualquer um. Cama limpa, quarto limpo, serviço de quarto ok. Estacionamento ok, mas na falta de vagas tivemos que aguardar espaço extra no terreno ao lado. Teve queda de energia e o gerador oscilou bastante. Achei muito nome pra coisas muito simples. Pessoal do hotel educados em todos os locais.

Hotel bom com café da manhã excelente

Hotel muito bom! Café da manhã excelente, acima da média! Quartos limpos, grandes, arejados. Banheiro bom, limpo. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis O esquema de Jacuzzi achei um pouco rígido demais. Horários limitados para quem quer aproveitar as áreas externas, piscina e jacuzzi. A água da Jacuzzi poderia ser um pouco mais quente.

Excelente qualidade dos produtos do café da manhã

Ficamos dois dias no hotel. O espaço comum é bem agradável. O quarto é amplo e arejado com banheiro simples, mas bem limpo. Apenas a tv que não pegava muitos canais. O café da manhã estava ótimo, com variedades de pães, bolos,....... , tudo feito com muita qualidade. Parabens a todos os funcionários.

Atendimento pessimo, musica alta, bagunça.

Equipe nada prestativa. A música altíssima incomoda muito, e mesmo com pedidos dos hóspedes para ao menos baixar o volume, não fomos atendidos. O atendimento no restaurante passa a sensação de que estamos pedindo um favor. Estrutura precária. Há opções muito melhores na região.

Adoramos o hotel porém desta vez com problemas

Problemas de aquecimento na jacuzzi da piscina não este funcionando apesar de pedri solução diversas vezes , perda de um item de vestuário no carro estacionamento ou na entrega do carro deixado na porta do hotel e falta de comprometimento em vistorias as câmeras do hotel e do estacionamento.

Faltam palabras pra descrever o quão incrível é essa pousada. O ambiente da piscina e do bar, são perfeitos pra se passar o dia. O bar serve boas bebidas e a preço justo, nada diferente do que você paga no centro da cidade. O ponto principal é o café da manhã, simplesmente espetacular. Muita variedade! O diferencial de ter o preparo de alguns pratos feitos na hora é espetacular. Se voltar em Paraty, não tenho dúvidas de onde ficar novamente!

Tdo muito lindo. Não aconselho o quarto 46 pois fica ao lado da escada estão o pessoal descendo e subindo da para escutar tdo, o café da manhã tudo muito bom, única coisa que não gostei que antes das 10:00 da manhã comecaram a retirar as coisa que estava pouco e não reporam achei bem chato essa parte.

Hotel muito agradável

O hotel é bacana. Está foi minha segunda vez nesse hotel. Infelizmente, desta vez, fiquei no andar térreo, próximo às escadas e o barulho foi infernal! Muito chato mesmo, começava bem cedo e ia até tarde. Do resto, tudo muito bom.

Hotel bonito mas precisa melhorar bastante.

Café da manhã com bastante opção, mas todo dia igual e os itens são de qualidade regular. Restaurante com bastante mosca e muito quente, ou não tem ar condicionado ou o ar não da conta. As hidros que ficam nas dependências do hotel junto a piscina e funcionam com horario marcado (muito embora essea horários sofram atrasos por conta de manutenção e limpeza) são frias, a água não esquenta mais que a temperatura ambiente, no entanto, hidromassagem supostamente deveria ser quente e relaxante. O diferencial foi a piscina na varanda, as crianças realmente adoraram e a temperatura da agua era boa pois batia bastante sol o dia inteiro. Meu pai e a esposa dele ficaram num quarto que o ar condicionado não funcionava direito e só conseguiram trocar de quarto na ultima noite. A comida do restaurante era boa, até que me surpreendeu, porém, acho lamentável tocar musica alta o dia todo e principalmente o sertanejo, que é um estilo musical muito específico e nem todo mundo gosta. Não sou contra ter musica na area do bar e piscina, mas num volume mais baixo e um estilo mais eclético e não tão temático, muito desagradável pra quem, como eu e minha família, não curte esse estilo.
