This was a great choice to stay before our cruise. It was a taxi ride from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port (all taxis are metered and there are plenty of them). There were a few restaurant options around. We didn't get a chance to really see a lot of Barcelona, but it was a nice stay.

The staff was very accommodating and gave me a rundown on everything to do in the time I was there. They also upgraded my room to a suite.

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.

Very clean and quiet. On taxi 30 drive to sagrada familia church on a Sunday. Loved it!

Great hotel and wonderful location

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. Our room was wonderful and the bathrooms have been updated...

Wow, What an amazing experience staying at This hotel Torre Melina. Everything was spectacular concierge, Reception, Dining options, And the shuttle to downtown The breakfast buffet was one of the best of experience in a very long time, Lots of options to choose from my niece is vegetarian, and she was very satisfied The rooms are amazing. Would recommend this location for anyone going to the port for a cruise or centrally located near La ramble st. Easy to walk to the metro or take a taxi. Great staff and breakfast. This is our second stay with them.

I had a problem in my room water was leaking and the prompt attention and I was quickly moved to another room. With apologies for the inconvenience and complementary snacks & water. Carol was awesome receptionist also the one that came in after her. I forget her name but she personally walked me to my room. She did everything to make my stay joyful and memorable. I will definitely stay again.

Loved this hotel!! The rooftop view is amazing, and the restaurant top quality! Loved the rooms and the views. The breakfast spread options are large, and staff very friendly. Only complaint is the gym is a little small and doesn’t have weights and such, but has the basics. But best part is the rooftop view during day and night! Definitely recommend it at sunset!

The staff were nice. The breakfast even though start 7:00 (a little bit late 6:30 is the best) but it was perfect. The room was clean and the service amenities were nice. I would be better if they can add hair comb or brush to the amenities. But in total it is a good, convenient , safe hotel to stay at while visiting Barcelona. You have a train station going everywhere , even to the Airport in Barcelona just down the hotel.

I love this hotel! I was immediately struck by the friendliness of the staff and how amazing they are. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfy. There is a DJ every Friday night. I liked how we could separate the beds if we wanted. All that aside, let's talk about the staff some more. They made our stay so much better than any other hotel of this trip. I'd stay here anytime I come back to Barcelona.

Great Staff and Location!

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall had a very nice vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was always eager to help and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Vincci Mae. It was located near plenty of stores and just a short distance from the city center. The only thing that caught me off guard was that my room came with two twin beds that were pushed together rather than one king or queen bed, which I would've preferred. I didn't complain about that because everything was so amazing and the bed was still comfy.
