"Clean room "

"Great staff. Good breakfast Comfortable beds the only thing is that the pillows could use a refresher as they are quite lumpy. But overall good location the rooms are spacious and you have everything you need. "

"We stayed at the property the night before the start of our vacation. After traveling up to Montreal, we were tired and hungry. We thought we’d grab a quick bite to eat at WXYZ. That “quick” bite ended up with us not eating until 21:00. I ordered a fairly simple smoked meat sandwich with fried pickles. My husband ordered a steak sandwich. After waiting more than 30-minutes the one woman who was handing the bar and food offered us a free drink bc it was taking so long. When the food came out, I did not get the fried pickles I ordered. When I asked out them, the lady said, “you didn’t order them, you ordered fries.” She put the order in for the fried pickles, which took another 15 minutes and we were charged for them. Overall not a great experience."

"Very clean entrance, lobby, room. Very friend and helpful staff. Centrally located for great entertainment, dinning and shopping. It’s a great place to stay in Montreal."

"It was so clean and good location. I was here with my family and kids and they enjoyed so much and they swim untill 10PM."
