I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good and convenient. The air conditioning worked well and made the room comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of some areas and the maintenance of the property. However, I would consider staying here again

I found the hotel to be conveniently located and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the highway. The staff were extremely helpful. The only issues were the common area is not air conditioned and gets extremely warm, and the floors in the rooms were quite dirty so we had to request an additional clean

It is okay as the rate is reasonable. Room is clean except forcthe floor. I believe it is only vacuumed as they clean up the room. They don't mop the floor. The air conditioning is abit loud. But the staffs are excellent.

An older hotel that has completely refurbished very large and spacious rooms. Despite the proximity to raised highway, there’s virtually no sound in the room. I was in facing the highway, staff friendly, the buffet breakfast was quite adequate quite well done. Good value! In fact the night, I was there the took in 50 delayed Air France passengers.

Overall this stay was fine and not much more. Upon arrival there was weird communication issues with the person at the check in desk, between telling us that the car we had might be stolen but also not to worry about it, but also pressing us to use their rentable steering wheel locks. One set of sheets were dirty when we arrived and we had to ask for new ones, which they gave us but wouldn't replace and remake themselves. Breakfast is not free, despite postings, and it's basically a continental breakfast which was not worth the money in our opinion. Also note that the parking is under a bridge, from which a mysterious liquid dripped onto our car and partially peeled the paint. The location was fine and the room was spacious but if you can go elsewhere, I would.

We stayed two nights, didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff at all.Except for when checking in. They seemed very polite and nice. Room was clean, had no problemst all it was nice and big as well as the bathroom. Location was good for what we needed, but it would have been nice to look out the windows.I think they really need a good cleaning. And unfortunately, there was no breakfast available.You had to pay for it. Last year, it was a continental breakfast included with your room. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

I was a little disappointed with the fact that I was travelling with my partner and our 3 teenagers, I did a reservation weeks before and when we got there the room had only 2 towels, 2 plastic glasses and no sheets for the sofa-bed. The staff responded quickly to our call to bring the things we needed for 5, but I like it better when everything is ready and corresponding to our reservation.

Hotel lobby, hallways, and elevator were grungy. Our room itself was clean. Stayed for one night. On the morning of my check out, hotel staff tried to get into my room at 8am to clean (check out is at 11 on the same morning). Then hotel staff came back 5 minutes later and told me I needed to call the from desk immediately. I called the front desk only to have them confirm my name. Before check out, I went to the "free breakfast" (as advertised online was part of my stay). Was told that I needed to pay for breakfast, and that anything mentioned on their site or on Expedia about a free breakfast was "not their issue"

Not in the ‘fanciest’ area of town but recently renovated. Rooms were Clean and comfortable. Rooms had a fridge and coffee maker/supplies but no kettle. However, a common area on the second floor had a microwave where water could be boiled for tea (bring your own tea bags). An on site restaurant offered a basic breakfast (if I remember correctly, $12/person). Free parking available directly across the street (underneath the mid town Metropolitan highway), under an agreement between the hotel and Surete du Quebec. You MUST register at hotel and obtain a parking pass to avoid being towed).

It was super fast stay, we checked in very late, had dinner at the Cuban Restaurant in the lobby and went to sleep. We checked out at 5am so we didn’t even enjoy the included breakfast. The hotel area looks super shady and the parking is under a highway bridge. It was a bit uncomfortable. However, the hotel facility is gorgeous, the staff was nice and cordial and the room was spacious and clean. You could hear lots of noise in the hallways (but that’s guests just being rude and not necessarily the hotels fault). It was a good one night stay.

Hotel decor was old, needs update, eg glass & stainless tiles applied in and around the elevator was very poorly applied and looks like 70's disco bar. The bathroom shower curtain was so short it was handing 1-2 inches above the tub that it could not contain the shower water. Water spilled on to bathroom floor. Also, the toilet seat size was too small, was not installed properly and kept sliding sliding sideways. Expedia website showed rooms with kitchen and sofa, but after we checked in and went to the room given to us, we were disappointed that the room did not have kitchen or sofa. Our 5th floor room window had a view to a elevated highway & parking lot below it. The staff were friendly and helpful responding in English. Paid breakfast was good. The best part was the hotel was very conveniently located walking distance to the City Metro station, which we used every day to travel to downtown. Also walking distance were a Petro-Can gas station, McDonalds, Subway fast food, Shoppers Drug Mart, a some small restaurants. The hotel photos looked very good on Expedia website, however, considering the price, and due to the above concerns I give it a low passing grade.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was skeptical of the place on the outside because I checked in very late at night. During the day I had a better view of the hotel and it was very nice. Would totally booked the hotel again if in Montreal.
